Late Posting this....
Finally picked up that tank and fender.
Got her running, now off to get tuned     and a few other little things.
Will post some good photos when its done.
For now here is a video.

Was going to put the chain on but the chain that came with the swingarm is too short because it is catered for a 45 teeth rear sprocket not a 50.
This will give me a chance to get a black sprocket for the back.

Finally got on to doing some more, was waiting on a few parts to be painted.
I picked the engine mount and spring from the powder coater early Saturday morning. The two crucial parts before i could go any further. Firstly i changed the engine case bolts with a kit i bought of ebay. The swing arm and shock where then mounted followed by the engine. Finally the bike is coming together and looking great. Next step hopefully get the wheels on, would of liked to do this first but was unable due to the shop not having the bearing i needed in stock.

Powder Coated!

Picked stuff up from powder coat.
Got tires mounted, frame and wheels look awesome! So happy with them.
Just now waiting on the tank and a few other bit and bobs along with another package from overseas with the seat and exhaust.

Ready for paint.

Tonnes of stuff done today.
Removed the engine and steering column from the frame.
Then hacked into the unwanted plastic mounting tabs with the angle grinder.
Got the bearings out of the wheels. Now the frame and wheels are ready to be powder coated satin black.

Sun is shining!

After two weeks of constant rain the sun finally came out.
Got tonnes done today. Removed swing arm, forks, wiring harness and tank.

 Exciting today, finally started on the tare down.
Got the air box, battery, rear wheel and front wheel off. Along with the tires of both wheels which was a bit difficult but with the help of a friend got it done.

Found this awesome looking build on the net. Love the green tank and front fender along with the cargo net on the back.

Box with the posh "hollow kit" from VANEM arrived. Unfortunately no shops stock the battery required for the transfer. Looks like it will be another week before i get stuck into it.
